DIRECT
PARTICIPATION PROGRAMS
The
NASD Direct Participation Programs Limited Representative qualification
examination (Series 22) is designed to test a candidates knowledge
of the products, rules and statutory provisions applicable to
this category of registration. The principal examination for limited
partnerships is NASD Series 39.
This
examination is composed of 100 multiple choice questions with
a maximum of 135 minutes of testing time allowed for candidates
to complete the examination.
